Shape Tracing Board

First there was scribbling, then there was colouring in, and after that came shaky, excited, proudly scrawled words on a page. The progression of lines to shapes to words is a long and eventually triumphant procedure that all of us went through at such a young age. As we all know, the best way to learn a new skill is to practise over and over again.
 
A worthy addition to any classroom or nursery, the Shape Tracing board is a reusable, wipeable transparent plate that has simple shapes engraved on the rear, so that careful little hands can practise the movements of tracing them on the front.  The control of a pen is a valuable lesson that can only be learnt once!
 
The best part? No more countless pages of dotted shapes coming out of the printer, only to be drawn on once and destined for the recycling bin almost immediately after.
